Can anyone tell me if the notice in Driller Killer is a valid notice? if so it should probably be removed...

Driller Killer:
It isn't a valid statement of ownership under the law. For a notice to be valid it requires the information to be a clear and unbroken statement of copyright claim. The order, wording and line after "a Rochelle Films release" leaves doubt that it is part of the copyright notice. This sort of confusion renders the notice legally invalid.

CC and CO:
Motion picture photoplays required a copyright, or copyright symbol, date and owner for the statement of copyright to be valid. Omission of one component was as good as omitting the entire notice.
